Work with us as an associate.
Our associate team is deliberately small. We add someone only when an engagement needs a particular strength, so places are rare and we are selective. Please apply only if you have a strong, demonstrable record in brand or marketing strategy.

- Independent and self-employed. This is not a job, and we promise nothing.
- The work
- Strategy work agreed project by project. Depending on the project, that can include calls, meetings and in-person work as well as written deliverables.
- Selection
- We read every application and reply by email within five working days. Most applications will not lead to work.
What to expect
How we agree associate work.
Associate work is strategic: research and analysis, positioning, audience segmentation, and brand and marketing strategy documents. Brand Strategy UK is a strategy practice, so we do not engage associates for design production, advertising management or campaign execution.
What a project involves depends on the client, so we agree it in advance. It may include written deliverables, calls, meetings, workshops or in-person work. We agree every piece of work in writing before it starts, in a signed statement of work. It sets out the scope, deliverables, how we deliver the work, the deadline and the fee. If we decide to work together, you also sign an associate agreement before any work begins. We may have no work available, and a reply is not a promise of any.
